Let the number be x.
According to the question,
`2/3` of x = 10
`\implies 2/3 xx x = 10`
On multiplying both sides by `3/2`, we get
`2/3 xx x xx 3/2 = 10 xx 3/2`
`\implies` x = 5 × 3
`\implies` x = 15
1.75 times of 15 = 1.75 of 15
= 1.75 × 15
= `175/100 xx 15`
= `2625/100`
= 26.25
