How is the tie broken in basketball when the score is tied at full time?

1. Direct head-to-head results.
2. Number of wins (not losses) against common opponents, two wins versus one win does not count when applying this criterion.
   1. Situation 1: Team A and Team B play each other twice and split the results. Team C plays Team B and wins. Team A and Team C remain tied, and the loss is not taken into account.
   2. Situation 2: Team A plays Team B twice and wins both matches. Team C plays Team B once and also wins. Teams A and C stay tied, as two wins compared to one win are not taken into consideration.
3. The best overall regular-season win–loss percentage, excluding games played against teams whose matches do not count as point-producing games when calculating the overall percentage.
4. If the tie remains unresolved, a draw will be conducted to decide the seeding position of the two schools.
