Solution
Call emergency services and ask someone to get an AED, if available. Begin chest compressions in the centre of the chest, pushing hard and fast at about 100–120 compressions per minute. If trained, give rescue breaths as well, following current first-aid guidance; otherwise, continue hands-only CPR until help arrives or the person shows signs of life. Use an AED as soon as it is available and follow its spoken instructions. CPR training is strongly recommended.
