Question
How do wet clothes dry up in a washing machine?
Short Answer

Solution
During the spin cycle, the drum rotates at a high speed. The clothes are forced to move in a circle by the drum walls, but the water droplets on them lack sufficient centripetal force. Due to inertia of motion, the water droplets fly out tangentially through the perforations (holes) in the drum, effectively drying the clothes.
