The factors of production – land, labour, capital, and entrepreneurship – are closely connected and work together to produce goods and services. If any factor is missing, misplaced, or not used in the right proportion, it can reduce production and create difficulties in the process.

For example, a farmer as an entrepreneur uses land for farming, hires workers for activities like planting and harvesting, and uses capital such as tractors and irrigation equipment to increase productivity. Thus, all four factors depend on one another and cannot work effectively in isolation.
