Have you ever helped anyone? Why? How did you help him/her?

Yes, I have offered help to others because I think it is a good approach to ease the load and spread kindness. Additionally, it feels good to make someone's day or situation better. I gave math coaching to a friend in preparation for an important test. They were having trouble understanding some ideas, so I carefully went over everything with them and gave them examples until they felt comfortable.
