What we actually feel:

  • Sometimes we feel confused and unsure of what to do next.
  • A few of us might even feel angry or disappointed if things don’t go as planned.

What we actually do:

  • Some people try to stay calm and think of a solution.
  • Others might seek help from parents, teachers, or friends.
  • A few may avoid the problem at first because they feel nervous or tired.

What we could do (better ways to handle it):

  • Stay positive and remind ourselves that every problem has a solution.
  • Talk to someone we trust and share our feelings.
  • Make a plan, break the problem into small steps and solve one part at a time.
  • Stay patient and calm, rather than reacting quickly.

What we would like to do:

  • Learn to control our emotions better.
  • Motivate ourselves to keep trying even if we fail.
  • Help others who are in similar difficult situations.
  • Practice confidence and problem-solving skills regularly.
