`(2 xx 325 + 1)/2 = (650 + 1)/2 = 651/2`
Now cost of `3 1/2` m `((2 xx 3 + 1)/2 = 7/2) "m"`
`= 651/2 xx 7/2 = (651 xx 7)/(2 xx 2)`
`= 4557/4 = 1139 1/4`
