We have:
\[3\frac{1}{4} = \frac{13}{4}\]
Also,
\[\left( \frac{m}{n} \right)^3 = \frac{m^3}{n^3}\]
∴ \[\left( \frac{13}{4} \right)^3 = \frac{{13}^3}{4^3} = \frac{13 \times 13 \times 13}{4 \times 4 \times 4} = \frac{2197}{64}\]
