\[\text{ The greatest common factor of the terms }x^2 yz, x y^2 z\text{ and }xy z^2\text{ of the expression }x^2 yz + x y^2 z + xy z^2\text{ is }xyz . \]
\[\text{ Also, we can write }x^2 yz = xyz \times x, x y^2 z = xyz \times y\text{ and }xy z^2 = xyz \times z . \]
\[ \therefore x^2 yz + x y^2 z + xy z^2 = xyz \times x + xyz \times y + xyz \times z\]
\[ = xyz(x + y + z)\]
