= `2sqrt(5)x^2 - 10x + 3x - 3sqrt(5)`
= `2sqrt(5)x (x - sqrt(5)) + 3(x - sqrt(5))`
= `(x - sqrt(5))(2sqrt(5)x + 3)`.
