- Karyokinesis (Nuclear Division): The process where the replicated nucleus divides into two daughter nuclei through four stages: Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, and Telophase.
- Cytokinesis (Cytoplasmic Division): The final stage where the cell's cytoplasm splits, dividing the single cell into two independent daughter cells.
