Solution
A 1-yard radius arc is situated at each of the soccer field’s four corners. A quarter circle is the area between two perpendicular radii and one-fourth of a circle’s circumference. This is also called a quadrant of a circle. For example, dividing a circle into four equal sections results in a quarter circle or quadrant. To mark the corner area, draw a quarter circle with a radius of 1m (1yd) from each flag post within the field of play. Flag posts must be at least 1.5m (5ft) tall, with a non-pointed top and a flag at each corner.
