- Reaching Over Too Early: The blocker touches the ball on the opponent’s side before they complete their attack hit.
- Blocking a Serve: Players are not allowed to block or attempt to block a serve.
- Back-Row Player Blocking: Back-row players are not permitted to participate in a block.
