Explain some of the important ideas of the Income and other goals in your own words.

1. People always seek regular employment, higher salaries, and a fair price for their crops or produce. Aside from a higher income, people have additional developmental goals, such as equitable treatment, independence, safe shelter, adequate education, health care, and self-respect.
2. People see a mix of developmental goals. If women work for a living, they will have various goals in both their personal and societal lives. Because of a safe environment, an increasing number of women can pursue different job paths or start businesses, contributing to the development of their families and countries.
