Solution
When the entire ball crosses the goal line (but not between the goalposts), either on the ground or in the air, and was last touched by an attacking player, the defending team takes a goal kick. The ball must be kicked from the goal area and sent directly beyond the penalty area, close to where it went out.
The goalkeeper is not allowed to pick up the ball from a goal kick just to kick it back into play. If the ball doesn’t travel beyond the penalty area immediately, the kick must be retaken. The player taking the goal kick cannot touch it again until another player has touched it.
A goal cannot be scored straight from a goal kick. Opposing players must stay outside the penalty area until the ball has been kicked beyond it.
The defending team gets a goal kick when the entire ball crosses the goal line (on the ground or in the air) without a goal being scored, and the last touch came from an attacking player.
