F1(A,B,C) = (AB)'(ABC)'(A'C)'

Using De Morgan's theorem:

(AB)′ = A′ + B′

(ABC)′ = A′ + B′ + C' 

(A′C)′ = A + C′

Therefore,

F1 = (A′ + B′)(A′ + B′ + C′)(A + C′)
