Solution
With regards to the point given, the characteristic features of the Fundamental Rights can be examined as under:
Many rights remain suspended during Proclamation of Emergency: The Nation-Intersects are above all. At times, when the unity of the nation is felt to be in danger, the President of the country is liable to impose Emergency in the country or any province to maintain law and order. In such a condition, the Fundamental Right conferred by Article 19 (freedom of speech, freedom of movement, freedom of assembly, etc.) remains suspended. The President may by order suspend the rights to move the Court for the enforcement of other rights conferred by Articles 20 and 21.
