Solution

Let’s evaluate:

`(0.008)^(-2/3) + (1/4)^-2 - sqrt(121)`

Step 1: Evaluate each term

1. `(0.008)^(-2/3)`

`0.008 = 8/1000 = 1/125 = 5^-3`

So, `(0.008)^(-2/3) = (5^-3)^(-2/3) = 5^2 = 25`

2. `(1/4)^-2 = 4^2 = 16`

3. `sqrt(121) = 11`

Step 2: Add/Subtract

25 + 16 – 11 = \[\boxed{30}\]
