Electrical impulse is an excellent means to transmit information in the animal body, but there are some limitations to the use of electrical impulses. State any two limitations.

1. They will reach only those cells connected by nervous tissue, not every cell in the animal body.
2. Once an electrical impulse is generated and transmitted in a cell, the cell takes some time to reset its mechanisms before it can generate and transmit a new impulse. In other words, cells cannot continually create and transmit electrical impulses.
