    1. When the object is placed between the pole and the focus of a concave mirror, the image formed is virtual, erect, and larger than the object.
    2. When the object is placed between the centre of curvature and the focus of a concave mirror, the image formed is beyond the centre of curvature. The image obtained is real, inverted, and larger than the object.
  1. One use of a concave mirror, based on the formation of images, is that it is used as a shaving mirror.
