Solution

Good morning, respected Principal, teachers, and my dear friends. I am Aarushi. Today we celebrate Water Literacy Day.

Water is essential for life. If we save water, we save lives. Each small action - closing taps, fixing leaks, and using only what we need - helps conserve water. Good water management includes treating and reusing water, planning supply, and using water-efficient appliances. Rainwater harvesting is a simple method to collect and store rain for later use and to recharge groundwater. At home, we use water for drinking, cooking, and cleaning; in agriculture for irrigation and growing food; and in industry for production and cooling. With a growing population, the demand for water is increasing, so we must use it wisely and avoid waste. Clean water also supports rivers, lakes, plants, and animals; protecting water means protecting the whole ecosystem. Schools and families can make a difference by planting trees, saving water during daily chores, and promoting rainwater harvesting. Let us pledge today to save water every day and teach others to do the same. Small steps by each of us will ensure a healthy future for people and nature. Start now − every drop counts for our future today, too.

Thank you
