1. On adding dilute HCl, a white precipitate of lead chloride (PbCl2) is formed. On adding dilute HCl, a curdy white precipitate of silver chloride (AgCl) is formed.
2. The precipitate dissolves on heating. The precipitate does not dissolve on heating.
3. \[\ce{Pb(NO3)2 + 2HCl -> PbCl2 + 2HNO3}\] \[\ce{AgNO3 + HCl -> AgCl + HNO3}\]
