Productive capital Consumption capital
Productive capital includes all those things which help the labour directly in productive. Consumption capital consists of those goods which indirectly help the process of production.
Examples of productive capital are raw materials, machines, tools, equipment, etc. Examples of consumption capital are food, clothes to workers, etc. Properly nourished workers would certainly produce more goods and services.
