	<BASEFONT> tag	<FONT> tag
1.	The <BASEFONT> tag sets the default font settings for the text that follows it.	The <FONT> tag changes the font settings only for the text enclosed between <FONT> and </FONT>.
2.	Its effect continues until another font-setting tag changes it.	Its effect ends when the closing </FONT> tag is reached.
3.	It is useful for setting a common font size or color for a larger portion of the page.	It is useful for applying a different font size, face, or color to a specific section of text.
