Attitude and behaviour are closely linked because attitudes often guide how we act. The behavioural component of an attitude is the tendency or readiness to respond in a certain way toward an object, person, or situation.

Example:

If someone has a positive attitude toward environmental protection, they may recycle waste, use less plastic, and support green policies.

However, the relationship is not always perfect. Other factors like social pressure, situational constraints, or habits can influence behaviour even when attitudes are clear.
