Construct tangents to the circle from the point B, having radius 3.2 cm and centre 'C'. Point B is at a distance 7.6 cm from the centre.

Steps of Construction:
- Draw a circle with centre C and radius 3.2 cm. Draw its radius CA, where A is a point on the circle.
- With C as centre and 7.6 cm as radius, cut an arc on the CA extended at point B.
- Draw the perpendicular bisector of CB. The point where the perpendicular bisector meets the circle with centre C, mark the point as O.
- With O as centre and OB as radius, draw a circle which intersects the previous drawn circle at points P and Q.
- Join PB and BQ.
