If pollution is not reduced, then you do not use eco-friendly methods.
In mathematical logic, the contrapositive of a conditional statement (If A, then B) is formed by:

Negating both propositions (adding “not”).

Swapping their order.

Original (A ⇒ B): if you use eco-friendly methods, then pollution is reduced. 

Contrapositive (¬B ⇒¬A): If pollution is not reduced, then you do not use eco-friendly methods.

A statement and its contrapositive are logically equivalent, meaning if the original claim is true, the contrapositive must also be true.
