Solution
The villagers were thrilled about the chance to make a thousand rupees. Kids were placed at the edge of the jungle to keep an eye on the tiger in case he strayed while hunting. He was given a lot of goats to keep him happy and keep him from wandering. Moms with babies walked slowly through the jungle so as not to wake the sleeping animals. The people in the village only cared about making sure the tiger didn't get old and die before the shoot.
