   2. They should be dry-cleaned only when necessary.
2. A traditional Banarasi saree features floral motifs at two corners before the pallu starts. It may also have lattice (jaali) designs and butis spread across the saree. Geometric patterns gained popularity during the Victorian period and motifs of Hindu gods later appeared due to changing fashion trends.
