The ASEAN Community has three pillars namely, the ASEAN Political Security Community, the ASEAN Economic Community and the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community. The importance of these are:

1. ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC): Aim include promoting regional peace, political stability, and cooperation. It encourages nonviolence, peaceful dispute resolution, and respect for sovereignty, fostering unity among member states.
2. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC): The aim is to establish a single market and manufacturing base that allows for free flow of commodities, services, investment, and skilled labour. It enhances regional trade, competitiveness, and global integration.
3. ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC): Our aim is to create a community that prioritises people and social responsibility. The organisation supports sustainable development, education, health, disaster management, and cultural interaction to enhance quality of life.
