As an educated person, I can contribute to the cause of education in the following ways:

• I can teach a poor or underprivileged child for free.

• I can encourage parents to send their children, especially girls, to school.
• I can spread awareness about the importance of education and literacy.
• I can participate in adult literacy programmes and help an illiterate person learn to read and write.
• I can support efforts to prevent school dropouts and child labour.

By sharing knowledge and encouraging others to study, an educated person can help spread education and contribute to society’s development.
