Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about a pair of pollution-combating jeans purchased from your company on 2 March. Your advertisement stated that the denim was treated with titanium dioxide to help break down harmful air pollutants. However, after checking the product details and contacting the shop, I have been unable to confirm that my jeans have this coating. They therefore do not appear to have the properties advertised.

Please investigate this matter and confirm whether the jeans I purchased are genuine Catalytic Clothing products. I request a replacement with a correctly treated pair or a full refund. I have enclosed a copy of my receipt and the product label for your reference.

I hope you will look into this promptly and let me know how you intend to resolve the issue.
