Solution
Good morning, everyone,
Self-esteem does not mean believing that you are perfect. It means recognising your worth while accepting that you are still learning and growing. Each of you has strengths, talents and qualities that cannot be measured by marks, appearance or popularity.
Begin by speaking to yourself with kindness. When you make a mistake, treat it as a chance to learn, not as proof that you have failed. Set small, realistic goals and take pride in the effort you make. Spend time with people who respect and encourage you, and remember that comparing your life with someone else’s can hide the progress you have made.
It is also courageous to ask for help. If criticism, pressure or worry is affecting how you feel about yourself, talk to a trusted adult, teacher or counsellor. You do not have to face every difficulty alone.
Believe that your voice matters. Be patient with yourself, celebrate small achievements and keep trying. Self-esteem grows through the choices you make each day: to learn, to care for yourself and to treat others and yourself with respect.
Thank you.
