Solution

(a) Rate of packet atta = Rs. 200

Discount % = 16%

So, The price = `200 - 16/100 xx 100`

= Rs. 168

(b) Rate of 1 packet detergent = Rs. 371

Discount % = 22.10%

So, The price = `371 - 22.10/100 xx 100`

= Rs. 289

(c) Rate of 1 packet namkeen = Rs. 153

Discount % = 18.305%

So, The price = `153 - 18.30/100 xx 100`

= Rs. 185

Net amount of the bill she has to pay = Price of atta + Price of detergent + Price of namkeen

= 168 + 289 + 185

= Rs. 582
