Solution
Given number : `(4)/(5),(6)/(7) and (7)/(10)`
The L.C.M. of 5, 7 and 10 is 70.
Thus, numbers are :
`(4)/(5)`
= `(4 xx 14)/(5 xx 14)`
= `(56)/(70)`;
`(6)/(7)`
= `(6 xx 10)/(7 xx 10)`
= `(60)/(70)`
and `(7)/(10)`
= `(7 xx 7)/(10 xx 7)`
= `(49)/(70)`.
Since 49 < 56 < 60, we have `(7)/(10) < (4)/(5) < (6)/(7)`.
