- Pesticides are hazardous substances. The indiscriminate use of these substances contaminates water, soil, and crops.
- D.D.T., chloropyriphos, and malathion are highly hazardous. They propagate across the food chain, resulting in biomagnification.
- Therefore, we will refrain from utilising such insecticides and pesticides. We will utilise organic pesticides. Overuse will be mitigated.
- At the time of spraying, the nose, eyes and skin will be covered and protected.
- Precautions will be implemented to prevent children and domestic animals from coming into contact with a pesticide.
