L.C.M. of 8 and 4 is 2 × 2 × 2 = 8

Now, `3/8 + 6 3/4 = 3/8 + 27/4`
= `3/8 + (27 xx 2)/(4 xx 2)`
= `3/8 + 54/8`
= `(3 + 54)/8`
= `57/8`
= `7 1/8`
