Subject: Excessive use of Gadgets responsible for teenagers' health issues.

Sir,

I would like to voice my concern about the negative consequences of excessive gadget use on teenagers' health through the columns of your prestigious daily.

Technology has taken over every aspect of human life, the most visible being mobile phones, which have had a profound impact on the lives of all people, particularly young people. Though these devices provide us with everything at the touch of a button, they can also be hazardous to our health. Addiction to mobile phones has turned teenagers into couch potatoes and exposed them to undesirable content. The increased usage of cell phones has led to sleep loss, which can lead to obesity. Apart from that, it completely isolates them from society.

The easiest way to address this issue is to encourage outdoor activities such as gardening, walks with dogs, meeting with friends, and so on, as well as spending quality time with family. Children should take part in creative activities. They can be assigned varied chores to help them develop their minds. Furthermore, they must engage in regular activity.

I hope my letter will find a place in your newspaper.

Thank you,

Yours truly,
Mala
