Given:

Total capital = ₹ 10,00,000

Par value per share = ₹ 10

Total dividend declared = ₹ 50,000

Gobind holds = 300 shares

Total shares:

`= 1000000/10`

= 1,00,000 shares

Dividend per share:

`= 50000/100000`

= ₹ 0.50

Dividend received by Gobind:

= 300 × ₹ 0.50

= ₹ 150
