Solution

One card is drawn from a well shuffled deck of 52 playing cards

TO FIND: Probability of getting an Ace

Total number of cards is 52

Cards which are Ace are 1 from each suit

Total number of Ace cards is `4xx1=4`

`"We know that PROBABILITY" =  "Number of favourable event"/"Total number of event"`

Hence probability of getting an Ace is equal to `4/52=1/13`
