Given: Red balls = 6, Black balls = 5, White balls = 4.

Step-wise calculation:

1. Total number of balls

= 6 + 5 + 4

= 15

2. Number of favourable outcomes (red or white)

= 6 + 4

= 10

3. Probability

= `"Number of favourable outcomes"/"Total outcomes"` 

= `10/15`

= `2/3`

The probability that the ball drawn is red or white is `2/3`.
