Area of 225 tiles = 225 sq.decimeter

∴ Area of 225 tiles = Area of the verandah
Area of the verandah = 225 sq.decimeter
side × side = 15 × 15 sq.decimeter
side = 15 decimeters
Length of each side of verandah = 15 decimeters
