Mean `overline x = "A" + (sumy_i)/n xx h`

= `15 + 5/10 xx 3`

Variance, `σ^2 = h^2/h^2 [n sum y_i^2 - (sum y_i)^2]`

= `9/100 [10 xx 85 - 25]`

= `9/100 [850 - 25]`

= `(9 xx 825)/100`

= `7425/100`

= 74.25

Hence, mean = 16.5, variance = 74.25
