उत्तर
In the process of vapour refining an impure metal is treated with a suitable reagent to form volatile compound which is decomposed at high temperature to get pure metal. Here, Ti can form volatile compound (I1I4) with the iodine and the compound is easily decomposable to give extra pure Ti. So, the recovery is easy.
