=` int_(-∞)^-1 f (x) dx + int_(-1)^x f (x) dx`

= 0 + `int_(-1)^x x^2/3 dx = 1/3int_(-1)^x x^2 dx`

= `1/3[x^3/3]_-1^x`

= `1/3[x^3/3-(-1/3)]`

∴ f(x) = `(x^3+1)/9`

f (x) = `x^2 /3` , for –1 < x < 2 And -2 < -1

∴F (-2) = 0 i.e P (x < -2) = 0
