We know:

Radius = 75 cm

Length of the arc = 10 cm

Now,

\[\theta = \frac{\text{ Arc }}{\text{ Radius }}\]

\[ = \frac{10}{75}\]

\[ = \frac{2}{15} \text{ radian}\]
