1.	Lamarck's theory is known as the theory of inheritance of acquired characters.	Darwin's Theory is known as the theory of natural selection.
2.	It believes in the use and misuse of organs. Used parts and changes are transmitted to the next generation.	The belief is that individual variances lead to survival of the fittest in the struggle for existence.
3.	New species emerge over time and over multiple generations, acquiring new characteristics.	New species emerge from advantageous mutations that accumulate over time.
