Volume that flows in 1 min = [ π x (0.25)2 x 1000 ] cm3

Volume of the conical vessel = `1/3`π x (20)2 x 24 cm3
Required time = `(1/3π xx (20)^2 xx 24)/(π xx (0.25)^2 xx 1000)`
= 51 min 12 sec.
