\[ = \lim_{x \to 3} \frac{x^1 + x^2 + x^3 + . . . . . . + x^n - \left( 3^1 + 3^2 + 3^3 . . . . . 3^n \right)}{x - 3}\]
\[ = \lim_{x \to 3} \frac{x - 3}{x - 3} + \frac{x^2 - 3^2}{x - 3} + \frac{x^3 - 3^3}{x - 3} + . . . . \frac{x^n - 3^n}{x - 3}\]
